🔁 Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn or unused
• With original tags
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, including:

• The cost to return the item to us
• The original shipping fee paid during purchase (this is non-refundable)

Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded if the return is approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

📦 How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item.

Returns sent without an approved request will not be accepted.

All items must be returned within 14 days of your return request approval.

❗ Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the item for a refund (if eligible), and placing a new order separately.

💳 Refunds 

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed and your refund issued.

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
